Wunderlich Sportouring?

Has anyone had recent experience dealing with this company aka Woodys?

They say on their website:

"In addition to bringing you the finest products from around the world, we proud ourselves on offering an extremely high level of genuine customer care and support."


I ordered some Wunderlich foot protectors over 6 weeks ago, paid for them at the time and am still waiting....

After 4 weeks waiting and following a string of false promises from Woodys I contacted Wunderlich who dispatched the part to Woodys 2 weeks ago. Apparently there had been a mix up with a new part number.

On Monday a package appeared but with only half the stuff included i.e. no mounting hardware and brackets, instructions. Back to Wunderlich - yes they had sent Woodys a complete kit, mounting brackets etal.

Woodys are now not answering emails. I am afraid of losing my cool if I call them...

The incompetence and poor customer service is staggering. And the practice of taking full payment for goods not in stock is also somewhat "sharp".:(:(

just asked for my money back in the end, just got fed up of being lied to.

I will not be going back, shame
 
i ordered a sat nav mount from them and got fed up waiting and canceled the order,so thumbs down from me too,wont use them again.
 
Yes had a similar problem when I ordered a Optimate Charger from them. I asked if the BMW plug was included. They said yes and it was not. Would have happily ordered the part at the time. Took three calls to get it finally sorted. The last person to come on the line was the owner and he was very apologetic however an extremely frustrating experience.
 
not easy to get them to answer the phone, however try the freeform on their website, i'm currently waiting for a refund on a faulty product, i'll give them another week then dispute the transaction with my credit card company, that might focus their attention.:blagblah
 
ok so i take it back,after saying i wouldnt use them again i deceided i wanted a cee baileys screen for my gsa.phoned up and a helpful bloke(even if he was welsh:D)found what i wanted gave me a good discount and posted it out the same day and i got it the next by courier.so very pleased with them.mind you i supose they have only done what a good retailer should really:nenau
 
Sadly resurrecting this thread. Wish I'd done a search before ordering from them.
Ordered a few Wunderlich bits 17th June, not heard anything other than automated email confirmation. Seen or heard nothing.

Emailed in the week, no reply, rang yesterday, no reply so left a message, again no reply.

Just rung and got a human, who couldn't help 'I'm only the Saturday guy can't help with that, ring back on Monday' WTF :blast:blast

Are these people just useless or is it me? Supposed to be 3-4 day delivery via RM 1st class as stated on their site.

I've had stuff direct from Germany faster in the past.

I go away on Friday and didn't expect to be waiting for these bits:(
