I fitted the Wunderlich Wind Deflectors to my GS last weekend. After a week of riding in cold and the wet, I have to admit they have made a difference.

Positives - Wind noise and blast have reduced. Tonight I felt there was less spray hitting me. I am sure the engineers out there can explain the physics. If its a placebo effect/ snake oil, I am sold.

It will be interesting what it does to the cooling airflow in summer

Negatives - Price would not be the first thing (or high up on the wish list.) First day filtering on M25 to Heathrow they did spook me a bit with light reflection.

As they were a gift, 90% of my riding is in the cold, I am pleased with them and they are a keeper. Function over form

I have them as well and found they make a good difference. I may take them off during our summer as last year I was riding in 35c so actually want the extra wind on me.

How easy to remove them for summer ,are they an item you can remove as weather requires or will the thread strip with time?
