Just bought one of these - it sits in place of the pillion seat and zips in place to some fabric fixtures.
I have to say I'm mightily impressed, its just big enough to hold A4 stuff comfortably and zips out for extra capacity in height, so its ideal as a work bag that converts to a backpack if required.
Not cheap at about £100 all in, but so neat I'm very pleased with it. Will be able to keep waterproofs and a bottle of water in it, so I won't have to put the panniers on when I'm out for a days ride either, much better for scratching than a tank bag or top box.

Highly recommended

Just need to get a locking toolbox cover now to make sure everything stays secure (will the spending never stop?)

I've got one 2 and agree it is excellent. It holds all you need for a few days away and is completely secure. I got the one that straps onto the pillion seat. From memory you can choose whether to get one that straps onto the pillion seat or one that replaces the pillion seat. Very easy to put on and take off (seconds).

Anyway, agree - good kit :thumb

wunderlich

I got the one that sits on top of the pillion seat from ebay for a bargain £27 all in. It fastens with a zip to the grab rail and one bungee. Have'nt used my tank bag since. :clap
