its the air shox thingy changed mine to a wilbers changed the handeling immensley and easy to get on and off also found the standard seat rubbish so changed to the x moto seat more comfy and lower

Finn - can you pls give details of this lower seat you mention? I love the XC but the height is always a challenge... Thanks

It's the BMW low seat option but rather than the blue X-Challenge one it's the X-Moto black/grey one, fittings the same.

change the shock makes a real difference will transform the handling
