I’m after a few bits for my bike and wanted to get peoples recommendations and see if anyone’s got any used bits that they’re looking to sell on:
Screen – I’ve seen a few bikes with a pro screen or a homemade effort that looked like they did the job, what works without going to the extent of a head fairing?
Suspension – I’m looking to get a new rear shock from hyperpro, but if anyone has a set of progressive front springs or the elusive Factory Shiver 45’s then that would be great.
Tank – Xtank, TT tank or info on something a bit homebrew (cheaper!).
And finally, Wheels – I have a hefty commute and also do a lot of greenlining (mainly on another bike). I would like to put together a second set of wheels just for knobblies. And keep something a bit more dual purpose on it in the week. I do know a friendly wheel builder so I’m either looking for some discs, hubs and cush drive to lace up or a set of standard XChallenge rims.
I’m not too fussy on condition if anyone’s got something usable then happy days, I’m just trying to avoid buying new, Thanks!
