Hello,
need a new chain etc.
Have youse any recommendations which brands to buy?
Original is an endless chain 122 links. - front pinion 16, rear 47.
x-ring is the way to go, but further on I haven't got a clew.
local crowd have a set for about 150 + fitting.
D.I.D. brand, no idea where the sprockets are from.
Is it better for the wide open, to use 15teeth instead of the 16?
Thanx for suggestions.

Does your bike take a 520 or a 525 chain?

I offer a 525 HD Gold X-ring (122 links if you want) with rivet link for £40.50 plus £7.49 for 7-day courier

Payment by PayPal GIFT

Ring Demon Tweeks, speak to Neil Riddle. 01978 663082.
Afam do sprockets for the application and Tsubaki do a 520 o-ring chain with a splitlink option for closure of the chain loop.
I moved on to Tsubaki as DiD were getting too expensive. I keep it lubed for every ride and so far had no problems with using the chain on my X-challenge and DRZ400.

thanx

in the 650 thread there are some hints as well.
might go for France equipment - xw RK 520 from Stoppelhopser/Stephan
not doing too much muck, just the green lanes, forrestry roads and usual country muck.
