I bought a tenere 55w last year off eBay it's got the 30ltr tank with the side oil cooler single side petrol feed, the front head light unit and fairing has been changed with a after market unit, the rear fender and licence plate holder has been replaced with something that's been modified to fit the tenere, I'll be putting it back to the way it should be,
I plan to use it for my trip next year across Russia and USA, all bearing replaced a engine rebuild, rebuild the rear shock, and front forks,
Tank, side panels, front cowl off to the painters, all other parts swing arm frame stripped and off to the powder coaters,
I managed to source a new rear fender and licence plate holder,
I've had the two wheels rebuilt last year with heavy duty spokes and had the hubs powder coated, I had the gold rims ultraviolet inspected for any cracks they came back perfect so I haven't done anything with the rims as these will take some punishment anyway.
