Hi I would like to fit a set of riding/ fog lights to my 2003 1150 GSA, is the wiring already made into the loom. Thank you for any help.

Maybe, The twin spark adventure came with the option to have factory fitted fog lights. If your bike fits the description, then you may have the connector for the fog lights. You will need to lift the tank off the bike to get access to the connector blocks mounted on the headstock. But more than likely there is no connector.
Most people fit their own wiring, usually from additional wires connected to the battery running through fuses and relays to the lights.
Do a search for fog lights, aux lights, spot lights, auto switch. The topic has been covered so many times, I would be amazed you couldn't find the info you need.

Tonytobo - get in touch with Fanum. He's got a range of superb lights - all kinds of different shapes and budgets and he's explain the wiring and fitting for you. It's not difficult.
