I think this was the main problem as when the bike was running (pre Crack's) the end wan was solid. Now when the bike is running you can see the end of the can moving (on tickover) so that the little rubber gromet/damper seems to be doing its job now.
Origanally fitted by dealer .... Now fitted correctly by me.
Er.....does that mean I am compitent?

Please make sure that the exhuast is fitted by some one competent and then you should be ok. Scremus make good stuff as do many other manufacturers, I think these problem ones are probably either down to some Dealers poor fitting and other peoples hasty quick fits
