y piece lamda or not ?

hya,
after much consideration i have decided to invest in a y piece to ditch the cat.
can i ask all you learned ones if i need to get the one with the lamda sensor or not (sebring) if the one without, what do you do with the wiring etc.
bike is an 02 R1150GS.
also has anyone got any recomendations as were is good to purchase ?

I may be wrong but Laser, Sebring and Remus all include the port for the lambda probe, which you would remove from the old system and replace into the new pipe.

You can remove the probe from the system and block off this port but unless you replace the lambda probe with a manually adjustable CO-potentiometer your fuel mixture will be way too rich. Unless you enjoy the smell of poisonous gases while stationery don't do it.
