Yamaha recall

Recall for my stolen Tracer looks unusual.

I am still waiting for my letter, the recall is listed on the Oz Yamaha web page so I will give them a call next week.

Had my letter 2 weeks ago, going in on 31st. March. I haven’t experienced any of the issues described, but, hey, it has to be done.

My letter came last week, will be going to the dealer sometime soon.

Yeah, recalls for stolen bikes are a bit odd but it’s probably just tied to the VIN still being active in Yamaha’s system. Calling the dealer is the safest way to clear it up.
