Mine seems to be FUBAR. I'll probably end up fitting a Hagon, any thoughts on this/ Cheapest place to buy? Are they any good,

My guess is that it will be a crap job to do, probably find knackered bearings

At the end of the day it's a divvy, never going to handle well, (not that I would know anyway) So will the more expensive one last longer? Give a better ride ?

Hagons for hard arses.
if yours aint now - it will be after you fit one.
I've had a few and every one of them gave a hard harsh ride.
.. but they are probably the cheapest.
