Yellow fever & malaria

Can someone post up a more detailed route for the trip please. My practice nurse wants to know which areas of Mauritania, Western Sahara Senegal & Gambia we will be visiting so that she can check suitability of Malarone.

I had my Yellow fever jab last week. Cost me £50 and I have had headaches & muscle pain the last few days, which apparently is one of the side effects. Looks like the pain has started already

Plus we will be traveling almost the full length of the river in Gambia.

I'm told that for the time of year we are travelling Malerone should be fine, but it won't do any harm to confirm that

Fully detailed route being worked on....It's ferking hard converting Russian Military topo maps into a format I can use with Garmin......but as Ian says, the PD route is pretty close, plus the river in Gambia.

We've got some good news from Ram man btw....more to come.....
