Yip Yip Yip ...

it is pretty ugly :thumb2 (which is why i kept on .. of .. on .. off .. )

Her indoors likes the security blanket of something behind her ... (That's not a euphemism ... :D)

:D very good ... that made us both really laugh out loud ... :beerjug:

Nice one Giles, I was looking forward to that:JB

In the spirit of 'biker mate' solidarity I gave up a hard-earned day's flexi-leave to go and watch the handover process. But what with the slight coolant leak and resultant delays, I gave up after the obligatory lunch at McDonalds (although this being Tunbridge Wells, the McDonalds offers a selection of fine wines on their meal deals rather than the usual coke and coffee - I had the chicken fillet burger meal with a half bottle of 1984 Pouilly-Fuisee).

There is only so much of Giles one can put up with without the lovely Rosy to dilute the pain.

The bike did look very nice in the flesh and has started as it means to go on, no doubt - a series of off-road trips, mainly involving the workshop bench in Coopers. :D

Sweeeeeeeeeet :cool::cool::cool: and off on the dusty stuff within 35 miles:bow respect you feckin loon:pullface

loverly pictures

All hops and barley in the garden of England - very nice pics those
(enjoy your new bike!) :thumb

Thank you Phil ..

(And you Robin for the Mc D Lunch .... you certainly know how to spoil a bloke .. :D)

Unlike the Nutty GSer, I'm not really into tat, chavtastic bling and farkling...

However today i have fitted these ...

Pretty good :thumb I like the air intake grilles :D

Rad protectors are from Hornig in Germany. Nice fit, bit of a gap from the actual Rad, and pretty easy to put on.

Remus tomorrow (thank you Chad .. ) !

What a funny place to mount a disposable bbq

and i have to agree with Fanum those Rad guards are J Arthur:eek:D...(professional pride y'see) ;)

Awwwww, the poor bloke can't win :comfort

All the 'real' GS riders slag off shiny, chavvy bling and then poor old Giles comes along, fits some well made functional bling that does what it says on the tin and gets slagged off for it :D

Andres

And so he should, after he comes on here all high and mighty "I won't be fitting any bling to my bike" nonsense.:rob:JB

So it really IS a dual purpose bike :clap:clap:clap:clap
