Yip Yip Yip ...

Fanum, If I really wanted a BBQ I'd have bought an 1150 :D

(Sorry Mike O !!)

I hear you JB, and have thought about spraying them black, but looking at them again tonight, I'm pretty confident that they'll dull down a tad (they're not stainless they look more sort of bright galvanised at the mo..) and will blend in with the Rad itself.

Meanwhile the Remus arrived today from Rugged Roads and for an expert mechanic like myself took about ten minutes to fit :bounce1

Hurrah :roll

Did I mention the exhaust came from Rugged Roads ... :nenau

Pure porn....

That won't happen to me ... my swing-arm's on the other side .. :P

i have to say Giles the right choice was made it the end , that can looks real nice :thumb2

That really does look rather nice; wire wheels, dark paint and the vastly better looking Remus (over the Akro)......................:thumb2

Gotta say though that I've never seen such a fat rim with spokes before, looks well weird in a funky sort of way (well I have, but with the WBM 'tubless' wheels it looks more extreme IYSWIM).

Andres

PS Where did you get the silencer from :nenau

I have good taste Andres ... :D

One day I'll take a trip to Bangor and educate the homeless bogtrotter ... :thumb

Looks very much to me Giles like you and that thar new bike o' yours are bonding very nicely :aidan

Enjoy :thumb

:beerjug:

:D That could be arranged if I give a camera to somebody else.

Expecting my fat fingered little wife to capture the moment is just too much to ask .... :D

*edit

Rosy can't close one eye - so she holds a camera with one hand and sticks the index finger of her free hand over the eye she needs to close :blast

Life can be very complicated here ....

We may have discovered who has been teaching Giles to take pictures :D

The tongue is for show, the rest really is how it is .... :blast

Funny .... reading through that thread ....

I genuinely was over the moon to get a new bike and initially thought the WC GS was the one, but sadly fell out of love with it quite quickly. And it was 90% the clutch / gearbox. Just got worse and worse as the miles built up.

Having the clocks nicked, the then three month delay in replacing them and a test ride on the 1190R .... and I have found my perfect partner ... :comfort

Quite a sad story really ... !
