Short notice I know but a few of us are off to Aunt Sal's tomorrow on the back roads.
If anyone's up for joining us then we are meeting at Clifton Moor McDonalds ready for a 10:00 start tomorrow. All welcome. :)

Sorry its a bit late Adam,
Not up for a run but would be pleased to meet up at the cafe,
what time do you expect to be there?
Have been intending to visit this venue forsome time.
Also gives me a chance to investigate the wolds wagoners memorial. Its a bit of history I know nothing about.

Did you make it over?
Interesting stuff about the wagoners.
We had a nice leisurely run but even taking it really steady there were a few mid corner moments. The roads were VERY slippery in places.
Good day tho. :)

Yes and No.
Yes we set off in the early fog, for some reason my GPS started acting strange and lost its memory,
And the No, After working our way across the wolds I forgot where Aunt Sally's was. Burton Agnes stuck in my mind, not surprising I could not find the cafe there.
We headed on to Brid for a cuppa and a warm up, the mist was weird but it was so clear once out of it. We came across this wonderful memorial at the old Lisset air field site.

Its dedicated to the men of 158 squadron based there in WW2.
