Yorkshire Air Ambulance

There is an event this coming weekend in support of the Yorkshire Air Ambulance. As a volunteer for the YAA I've been roped into transforming into Santa for the weekend !

If anyone would like to support this event on either Sat or Sun, please feel free to come along, bring the kids and some cash!

It's taking place at Wm Strike Nursery/Garden Centre Darlington Road, Northallerton. There is aparently a ride thru N'allerton which will be supported by motorcycle outriders, the more the merrier!

It's a great cause and any support would be greatly appreciated. :farxmas:

Unable to make it but....at work, as opposed to sending shitty xmas cards, we are all banging a bit of money in a kitty and sending it off to our chosen charidee...the YAA. Might be an idea worth putting out at work, message is still there on a notice board or e-mail, card companies don't make sack loads of cash and a good cause gets funding.

It was a good weekend with many tickets being sold for the raffle raising in excess of £2500.
On the parade through Northallerton the YAA pick-up was supported by a motorcycle cavalcade. Photo's should be in the local free press and the D&S!

Sorry, we couldn't make you event, we met up on the wolds, and then rode up to the N.Yorks Moors. We'll have to meet up and go for a rideout soon.
