Right, all you computer warriors & Tykes

Time for some action :bounce1

Hands Off Cocks And On Socks !!

First meet is Wed 24th September 2008 at 19.00

Craven Arms, Appletreewick, Nr.Skipton, N.Yorkshire, BD23 6DA, Tel 01756 720270

WEBSITE HERE

For the initial meet, it will be a chance to have a cuppa, shandy, etc and have a blether and put faces to names. There is pub food available.

Dependant on turnout, this will turn into a monthly meal meet (troughtime) on the last Wednesday of every month.

If there is enough interest and turnout, it could be changed to a weekend, with a rideout in the afternoon, then a meal in the evening.

There is a campsite nearby (within 5 mins walk) for those wishing to partake in alcoholic beverages.

It's up to you to make this...

Only two pubs in Atrick (as the locals pronounce it) and Pog gets the wrong one! Other, the New Inn, has/had better real ales and last time I was in, on a push iron, was made welcome by the mountain biking Landlord of the day - Old news though so maybe it's all changed.

Pog, have you sounded 'em both out te see how welome we'd be?

Will be barely home from hols but may well be tempted out that side all the same.

Have fun you crazy diamonds.

You've dropped your "P" , Hooky !

Only two pubs in Atrick (as the locals pronounce it) and Pog gets the wrong one! Hooky McAlwaysreadytocarp (honorary Scot)

It's pronounced , "Ap'trick .

And since John passed away , both pubs in the village provide excellent beer & food . But , yes you're right The New Inn does serve Kriek cherry beer on draught , so it does have a falling down edge !

I'm hoping to be able to be there .

All the best , Jim

Sorry Lads on the 24th I am in Ireland (on business i am sorry to say).

But thats just what we need a regular meet with plenty of warning. Does either pub do rooms?
