That's not what I said.
Did 42 miles with the new seat today. It feels better than the stock plank, and after making a couple of adjustments on the go, have found a good position. They say you should ride with it around 5cm lower than a normal seat, but it didn’t feel right. I’ll get another 100 miles on it this week, and see how it beds in. Arse doesn’t feel as sore tonight.

Alter the pressures up and down while you’re out to find the best set up for yourself. By that I mean going by the book for your weight still may not “feel” right. And have a play with the rebound settings on the forks. They can make a big difference to how the bike rides.
