You all told me.....

Overtaking other mountain bikes going up steep hills, I could feel their eyes burning into me, especially the one that was trying as hard as he could to keep catching me! :green gri

They do not like it one bit do they. I cycle to work wearing cargo shorts, walking boots and a hi-viz builders jacket, and they hate being overtaken by me.

It’s the sort of thing that would piss me right off, if I was on a normal bike. :D

Hes not ...... he's trying to suck his own cock ..... :thumb2

(don't try it with your back nutty .... )

What are you getting?

As it stands, the model up from yours, but that may change, though I need to make an appointment with the local dealer as he's not seeing anyone on a walk in basis.

Also waiting on a mate to get his act together to see if we can get a better deal on buying two at same time.

First proper ride today, 38.5 miles. :beerjug:

Off road, this thing is brilliant. Lots of small fallen trees, and it just goes straight over them. Steep gradients covered in tree roots? Not a problem; it just takes it all in its stride. There were a couple of ‘how am I going to get up that’ moments, and it just did it!

The turbo mode came into its own towards the end, as I was aching like hell. :comfort

Can we assume you ‘get’ e-mtbs now ?? :-)

You do know that in EMTB setting it senses how much effort you’re putting in and adjusts the power assist accordingly. If you push gently then it gives very little assistance and same with really pushing, it goes into turbo then backs off again after you ease off. :thumb2

Also, try riding up a big flight of steps! You think “ no fucking chance “ at the bottom but, trust me, you fly up them! It’s hilarious. :D

I’ve not read the manual yet, obvs, but that would make sense.

I had to ride up a steep bank covered in big tree roots yesterday, and it just flew up it, no problem at all!

EMTB mode chooses an assist level anywhere within the full range from Eco to Turbo, so it doesn't simply switch between the standard pre selected modes, it can be anywhere in-between and give you assistance levels that you can't preselect manually.

And don't forget 'Walk Assist' mode when you are pushing it up a really steep section. I use it when pushing my bike up a flight of stairs at work, where I park it. Saves you from having to push the full weight of the bike.

Not sure if the Levo Ladies have this function?
