Hi there.
Any comments about the ZEGA cases for the 1150GS? I want to buy the special 41L system but I'm conserned about the stainless steel pipe extension.What if I don't install it? Is it reliable?

The stainless exhaust ext is simply to keep the exhaust gases from fouling your cases as on my 1100. Why wouldn't you install it?

Well it does look a bit home made .
Slider, it does not connect to the exhaust,so just unbolt it when you are not using panniers.
if you don't use it,like HM says,your pannier AND passenger gets
the output from the exhaust.
