Ztechnik crash bars

Anyone seen or got the ZTechnik stainless steel engine bars supplied by Hornig fitted? I tried to download the pics but failed miserably.
The link - Crashbars ZTechnik DOHC for BMW R1200GS 10-* will bring them up.
Bit pricey at £208 though but I like the look of them. I'm just interested in opinions if they may do the job in a drop better than other protectors.
