Ztechnik windscreen on a 1100GS w/ Tobinators?

Ok guys I rode a 1150 with a Ztechnik windscreen and loved it, however I was told that they don't make one for the 1100!
I can't justify buying a 1150 so I can use the windscreen I want.

I've been told you can use tobinators to install a Ztechnik windshield, has anyone done this. Pictures would be appreciated! Any help out there??

Yep - i helped Tobers with the development of the 1100 tobinators.

Essentially the tobinators are purely for converting the 1100 screen to 1150 screen - plus adjustment.

Therfore - if a std 1150 screen fits with tobinators and the ztechnik screen uses the same mounts as the std - then it'll fit.

Personally, i think the std 1150 screen is WORSE than an 1100 one for buffeting
- but gives more weather protection - just.

An 1100 with a tobinated 1150 screen is slightly better overall in buffeting and protection
