My only comment on the Jabra would be do the earpieces fit in your ear comfortably when you have your helmet on ?
Some helmets have quite a lot of space around the ear so may be ok. Others have space round the ear but are snug when you're putting them on so be careful you don't rip your ears off
Finally there are the helmets which don't have the space at all and will (even if you can get them on with the earplugs in) cause you serious pain very quickly. Not recommended.
Two options with the Cardo Scala - either use the mini speakers which the unit comes with(and these are very slim), or as I said before, chop the wires (or get someone to do it) and add a socket for some UE or similar in ear monitors.
