Zumo 550 Wont update!

Recived a 3 month old Zumo 550 today with latest maps.
have loaded waypoint, speed camera database, vechicals and photos no problem.

However, with Web updater
4.70 wont load, also wont allow me to update anything else. comes up with the message...
`access denied`

any ideas?

Register it on myGarmin?

Try downloading 4.70 seperately?

Tried the above. Spoke to Garmin yesterday morning.

Told to return 550 to them for repair.
