Zumo 660 and BMW helmet bluetooth

Just got a new 660 and on trying to get the helmet to pair with the zumo it just wont link up, finds the helmet okay but on putting in 0000 code for helmet just fails to pair.

any ideas.??

Update

Tried pairing again, only difference switched off my phone from bluetooth.

Now all paired correctly the wonders of bluetooth.?
