Zumo dash-mount

Have used the dashboard disk mount supplied with my Zumo in the van. It is stuck like the proverbial to the bedsheets.

Does anyone know how to remove these disks while at the same time leaving the dashboard in one piece? Or do you just leave 'em there?

I had a permanent SP3 mount and it can off when it was in the sun on a hot day. So as long as it's the same I'd guess carefull use of a hair dryer, or heat gun if you are really really carefull.
