Does anybody know if the plug for the zumo is still by the headstock on the new model. Had a quick look but could not see it.

Hasn't been by the headstock for ages. Look behind the oil cooler.

Chaps I've been looking for this and think i've found it as well! (tucked below the bulb wiring? fabric taped in, with a black blanking inserted in??). It must be 'cos the canbus power plug fits into it!
So what, is the nozzle shaped dongley thing (that i have dismantled and had to put back
) tucked into the inner front fairing on the right hand side as you look at the head lamp. (left hand side if you were riding the bike). its in the same place (but opposite side) as the oil bottle void carrier malarky.
Is that the ambient temperature sensor??

Ah ha, I can confirm it is - concerned that having taken it apart i'd buggered it up, I have checked it with the heat from a torch (light torch you understand, not blow torch..
) and watched the temp guage climb there and then.
