Zumo turns off when SD card in

Had the Zumo a while, have downloaded music to it a few times on a SDHC card, into folder called "MP3", etc, never had a problem.

Yesterday I deleted all the music on it and copied some new stuff over.

Now, without the SD card, the Zumo works fine.

But, if I put the card in, then turn the unit on, it goes through the normal loading screen up to the "agree" one. I touch "agree" and it goes through the loading maps bit and then the unit turns off.........

Under a 1,000 songs/files on the card

Any ideas?

Sorted it (fingers crossed).

I'd downloaded it using the zumo lead, with the card in the Zumo, which takes a g e s..........

Just plugged the SD card into a card reader, deleted all the music off and re-copied it on (10 mins versus 220mins!) and all seems fine now.
