Just over 13 months ago i won this husky TC610 off ebay.

A quick look over, followed by a test ride revealed:

No back brake- a badly routed brake hose had melted through on the exhaust.

Very poor front brake

Rear linkage bearings didn't exist, and neither did the swing arm bearings.

And some seriously battered radiators!

Due to the poor state of the bearings a full strip was in order.

Followed by a trip the the powder coaters :D, the result:

Several months later, and various trips to bearing factors, ebay, Hose Doctor and husky sport, and this is the result, almost ready to rock!!

New fuel lines, plug and kill switch, and it now starts first kick, spits fire from the exhaust on over-run, and makes enough noise to waken the dead!

Off to a friends quad track next week for some shakedown testing, followed by fitment of horn and speedo, then it's off to the MOT centre!

Should do for some amusing trail rides, i just need to quieten it a bit.

Any tips on building exhuasts ect?
