Equinox.....

Anybody else had dealings with this outfit? I have recently contacted them and when asking if they were going to review their pricing(relative to Corbin seats) due to the recent slide in the $ to £ ended up receiving a few rather 'unbusinesslike' e mails in reply.......Must admit to having a go back but these guys seem to have no customer service skills whatsoever.....
I for one will certainly not deal with them.....Any other experiences ?

I have dealt with them in the past I got the impression that they run the business from home very relaxed but not very professional, but I must admit they were true to there word with all my dealings so I can't complain.
