Have just gone and done a deal to buy a 2009 RT / SE ..... big miles (ish) for the year, at 55,000 - which I found it difficult to price at that.... so just took a jump and said yes. Time will tell , on the assumption I like it , a GS1100 will come on the market (sniff)

Possibly in line for some Wilbers/Ohlins at that mileage
It's quite possible ........... on the other hand if it's been used mainly for a one up commute on smoothish roads ... then it might be just fine ??

I would say yes Aidan ... unless it proves a disaster. Full team doing the event this year ... looking forwards to it
