Oh yes!
In an age when some folk will steal manhole covers and sell them for scrap I'm very surprised that nobody has lifted the track and sleepers. In the UK wooden sleepers are a valuable commodity, not to mention the steel itself.
That put a beautiful hole in my morning - v interesting - thanks 4 posting

Absolutely ... I'm sure our paths will cross at some stage. Recognised your two photos from the cache listing, the CO lives down my direction, so that one is a fair bit outside his normal cache placing zone but felt the spot was unique enough to warrant one there.
