Motorad Navigator 11 USA Disc

I,m lying down trying to type this thread, recovering from the shock of being given the price of a mapping dics for my BMW Mortrad Navigator 11 for the USA/Canada £281.59, yes that,s £281.59.
The price was from The GPS Wharehouse in Hansworth.and I am still waiting for a price from BMW but you can bet that will be even more.
Has anyone any suggestions, dose anyone have one I can borrow, happy to pay for the loan of it.
I,m sure that this has been discussed before but i can,t find any info.

It's not something you can borrow Paul. The software is tied into a specific GPSR's serial number.

However, Garmin allow you to own 2 units and will give you a second unlock code for your second unit. If you can find someone to buy your unit off you, load the software they may already have, then sell it back to you, this would be just about legal (I think). Can't help you personally, I'm afraid.
