That's okay... I'm sure, with him being Welsh, that you can legally shoot him in the back with a bow and arrow. There may be some parameters that need to be met first but with determination I'm sure you can make anything happen!

why are you still selling them on ebay then with no warning of this then?,a polite email telling me this would have been nice,,,, iv been waiting for mine around 2 weeks,

update of this company, still waiting, (around 5 weeks now, ) managed to get ONE reply around 3 week ago saying he would sort it,,,,
still no grip puppys, or a reply to the THREE emails i sent,,,,
sorry,,,
a massive thumbs down for sports touring .com,
wont use em again...not that iv managed to get owt from them THIS time:(
 
I would suggest calling Mike. It has always worked for me, and with email you never know when / if someone has read it.

its a business,they read emails, one of my emails got replied to,(but only after a complaint to ebay) why shouldnt the rest get answered?,,,iv emailed through ebay, direct, and through the complaints procedure

it appears ebay has refunded my money as sportstouring never answered THEM too,
ill avoid them like the plague from now on, and go to somewhere where they value customers,,,
not a very good company in all,,
and a not so very happy ending for quite a few people judging by some of my pm,s on this site and others

but the way in which emails do not get answered is piss poor :(
Well they sometimes answer them when you pester them.

Yup, and not much better on the phone to be honest.

Still, it's a great product IMHO, and as you say let's hope it's a one off :thumb
 
just a shame my brain is in my arse :blast

Now there is a surprise. I wouldn't have thought that:D

I purchased two sets of puncture kits from the above mentioned comapany, 5 weeks later 2 kits arrived but the wrong ones. The cheaper option came, a phone call to the seller resulted in lots of empty promises. I am still owed money and will never deal with them again.:rob
