Hello does any one know how to remove the hose clamp to the rear master brake cylinder I've never come across this type of clamp before

You can also use a jubilee clip, although hard to find in very small sizes as the clamps tend to deform when tightened. I have a box of single ear clips like this that comes in handy

A fuel pipe wire type spring clip should do the job.
