Just completed the annual full strip down , service ad deep clean/checkover of the XChallenge . Swinging arm came off no problems after 12 months and about 5000 miles . bearings and bushes were all in good order so just a clean , re-grease and fitting of new seals required . Rest of bike was all straight forward service stuff , valves clearance check , new brake fluid and cycle the ABS valves and motor a few times with the GS-911 diagnostics . Replaced the fuel line from the XTank to the main tank breather with some better quality 6mm hose . Oil and filter change , K&N air filter clean , new plugs . New brake discs and pads all round - genuine Brembo discs . Akrapovic full exhaust system re-fitted along with the AF-XIED unit . New chain and sprockets . All back together now ready for the upcoming trip to Ireland.....
