TFT/ Schuberth m1

Having problems connecting schuberth m1 to screen phone and helmet both paired to screen fine but sometimes no volume in helmet switching on off can get it working but now pissed of with it so anybody got tips how they connect or is it just not compatable with Schuberth Not fussed about phone don’t mind a bit of music.

Hi I assume you have paired them in the correct order, if so second check what phone you have some especially android do not have the matching NT protocol, if that’s ok and all pairs well, turn everything off and then turn helmet BT on first before TFT. If all that fails check out FB site BMW TFT connectivity link to good U tube vid and lots of advice... good luck

Remember that when using a non-BMW bt system, you need to turn up the media volume in the phone to the maximum level.
