HI my r1200gsa as done. 26000 miles when is the valve clearers to be done and what or the signed as my engine noses. Are loud when it gets hot

R1200 LC valve clearances due at 12k, 24k etc miles, so if not done previously I'd be checking them now.
Had mine dealer serviced & checked at 12k, 24K, I checked mine at 36k recently & still within tolerances, Easy enough to check IMO. Most don't need adjustment apparently. I decided if they did need adjusting, I would have the work done by an Indy, as the procedure beyond my comfort zone

Mine have not needed adjusting either at the check. Don’t think there is much valve regression on these bikes.
Noisier engines when hot is normal for the gs and a lot of bikes to be honest. Thinner oil when hot etc.

Thanks for that last comment..
Mine is certainly a "loud ticker" when its hot.
I was starting to think maybe my shaft drive needed another re grease !!
