A quick, probably stupid, question:
TPS check, do you do it before or after throttle body sync? It's been so long since I last checked it that I can't remember

Not me. Did it once out of curiosity and it was bang on. Moving the TPS is not part of the normal balancing operation.

I do it sometimes, but its more of a check this in case, rather than a service item.
Have I seen changes, not really, and they are probably more likely to temperature changes than anything.
