CC's bracket looks very neat. FWIW I went the other route and adapted the pannier to fit the existing bracket, using a couple of shelf brackets bolted onto the pannier (with a bit of silicone in addition to make watertight). Think I'll paint them black . I had to remove the plastic end on the original footrest bracket otherwise the pannier was slightly too far back to locate properly on the rails.
