Nothing but praise for Motorworks from me.
I ordered a new clutch on the web at 1630 on Christmas eve. It was sent out that evening, meaning I got it during the holiday and therefore had time to put my bike back together. Someone was working late at Motorworks that night, beyond the call of duty and all that. Many thanks to them. A great company to deal with.

same for any company in my experience. I never bother with the online ordering system - far better to speak to a real body - get proper answers and all that. And though they have a queuing system on their phoneline the wait is usually just a minute or so and in the meantime they don't subject me to bloody goddam Vivaldi TWAT.

I've been using them for years, always had excellent and fast service. They've allowed me to have used electrical bits on the basis that if it doesn't solve the probelem they'll take them back. You acan always talk to them about whatever problem you have with your BMW; they're very knowledgeable. Top firm - delay is more likely to be down to Post Office.

I called them by phone on Thursday morning about an odd part I needed that wasn't even listed for my failed starter, the guy called me back as he said he would at about 14.00 to confirm he had it and was sending it in the post. As you can see I live in Jersey C.I. I was shoked, pleased and suprised when it fell through my letter box at 10.00am on the Friday morning! The next day! This enabled me to fit the part and I've ridden the bike this weekend.

If this was about some one else a cynic might think the original complaint was planted!!! I rate all the guys at motorworks highly but just to add a bit of balance Sherlocks looked after me really well last year aswell. I had to order some bits from them cos works shut for ever over christmas and they arrived the next morning.
Nahh'hh Spot, Sherlocks got a good write up in a thread last month, seems there both brilliant to us UKGSERS

at the risk of jumping on the bandwagon...
Ordered from them 3 times now and had good service each time. The last time was a week ago and they told me when I called that I'd missed that day's post and it would go out the next day, which it did. Arrived the day after that and it's still waiting for me to unwrap and fit it
