Tie down points for vario panniers

There was a post on here some time ago about some tie down points that somebody had sourced and neatly fitted to their vario panniers but I'm dammed if I can find it - can anybody here remember the thread/point me in the right direction please.

Or, if you have any bright ideas please share them here

I did one, a long time ago got them from metal mule but my hard drive crashed and i lost the pictures
