CD for 1200gs??

Yeah I bought a bandit copy from a guy in Canada. Probably just about worth the £6 I paid - a Haines manual would be better.

You can download it here (french site): Reprom GS RT ST The CD contains all for the 1200 GS RT and RT. There are 28 files in total. They are all .rar format. Put them together in a folder and un-rar them. (Since the first file is an exe file I presume it will sart the un-rar-ing) Then save/burn them on a CD. It should be in multiple languages. Make sure you have enough room on your hard disk! Almost 700 MB.
Works only under Windows!

Put all the .raw files into a directory and then double click on the first one, it's the only .exe file of the 28. It will then generate a Nero disc image file in a directory of your choosing. If you have Nero installed and then double click this .nrg file it will make you a CD.

Hi

thats all i did

And if you have NOT got Nero d/l Magic ISO (Google for the weblink). Magic ISO trial edition will convert the Nero image file to an ISO or an img file depending on which format your flavour of CD burning software requires.

I did that last night which is why I was able to post the pictures of the GS bevel box oil change process Here

Thanks for all the replies. I am also unable to open said files? Anyone willing to copy same to CD and post. I would be willing to pay for trouble doing it, disc and postage. Any takers?

Burning CD

I've tried this to but no joy, would also be happy to support a thriving cottage industry by buying a CD from someone who is more technically advanced :bow

Cheers

Hi

I will copy a backup for you, cost P&P approx £1.50 maybe less

PM me name address

Jeff

ps

Any backups supplied to you are on the understanding that you own the original copy, if you do not, then you must destroy the backup copy within 24hrs as a sample copy

May I make a suggestion that could benefit us all?

This is something that we did on a CCM forum recently and it worked really well.

ed4554, if you burn a 'back-up' copy once you recieve yours and send it to me I will then burn a copy for the next person who registers interest on this thread. They will then burn a copy and post on to the next person, and so on...........

On the CCM forum no money changed hands as it's only pennies and we all benefitted.

Interest in having a 'back-up' copy should be posted here and then contact between the last person to recieve a copy and the next person to register interest should be by PM, providing both security over peoples addresses but also encouraging anybody who is not a site sponser to become one.

What do peeps think?

Andres

Ok I've just paid my dues. Only thing is Andres I will need to get a copy first as I am unable to download the web page posted?
