Ok peeps, here we go again,I've just been and got my new tyres,so you must all be wearing a bit thin now,so who want's?

1x Front
2x Back
£170 all in.

The rules are as follows.

1/ You come and get them.

2/ No,I won't post them.

3/ No,I won't hang on to them until you need them.

4/ The supply is unlimited,so as many sets as people want.

5/ Ideally,10 sets are the minimum order size, but no real minimum is fixed.

6/ Anything else I can think of.

7/ Will someone buy these feckin' cable ties off me

8/ They are all black and nobbly

There, all clear, let me know who wants what

I'll have a set of tyres Vern.

Let me know when they can be collected and where to send the moolah

How much are they.
Is your supply limited
Will you hang onto a set for me.
Do you have them in anything else except black ?

Can you save me a set of them as well please (for delivery)

I really fancy some of these but I have stumpy short legs, do they make much differance to the height of the bike? (yes serious question)

Go find someone with a bike the same as yours, but with TKs on,and have a bounce on it to see.I'm sure it does make it a bit taller, but are you really on that much of a knife edge that the od half inch is going to make a difference.I can sell you some that are worn out if it means you can touch the floor any better :thumb

Darryl - I have TKC80 on my GS and I'm over in Cheddar (I seem to remember you have been over here at some point in the past) Happy to see you if you fancy a trip over some time. As far as I can tell the TKCs make almost no difference to ride height. Mine are part worn at the moment so you probably wouldn't learn too much from them anyway. However I do have a pair of brand new tyres in the garage (from the pack of three that I bought from Vern last time he did them) so you can compare old with new.

Hi Darryl, with TKC80`s what you may lose in tippy toe confidence you will gain in grip on our shite covered Somerset roads at this time of year. You may also find yourself actually going down those "I wonder where that leads to?" tracks that you have been avoiding cos your on road tyres. The amount of grip in muddy conditions is excellent. Well worth it :thumb

Ideally Karoos might be a little cheaper than TKCs (they are a few quid less RRP) but if you can get a pack of 3 for 170 or less, I'll take a pack. When you say you can't hang on to them for long, how long is reasonable? I don't get down to your neck of the woods that often but I do from time to time.

Cheers.
