Evening meet at the Barley Mow at Selmeston at 7pm for 7:30. Selmeston is on the A27 between Lewes and Polegate, the Barley Mow is the pub opposite the small petrol station. Hopefully the weather will be better this time!

The stitches went in on the first day of the course but they weren't helped when I crashed on the elbow and right side again the second day.

A lot of the skin has grown back under hydrocolloid dressings but there's a bit of a hole still. I think it really should have had three stitches.

Glen WAS right then! Always good to take a doctor on an off-road escapade.

You missed the 2 broken ankles on the Beacons ride. Had to get an ambulance out for the first guy. The 2nd guy didn't realise till later that night when (I'm guessing) the pain became somewhat extreme!

How many times did I say to myself (whilst sitting in the wheelchair), "Why, oh why, didn't I go on the Off-road course first?" Ah, well - healed up now, though doesn't look the same shape as the other one
