engine noise when bike's loaded

OK this is weird...Bike is a 2004 adv with 16k on. When the engine is hot and the bike is loaded (eg two up) or going up a slope, there's a strange noise coming from the LH cylinder. It's a periodic click....
If the engine is running and the bike is still, pushing the rear down makes the thing click again til you release.
I'd blame it to the cam-chain tensioner but this normally makes strange noises with cold engine....

Any help/suggestion appreciated

PS Before u ask, bike's running Castrol GP with correct viscosity

Yes, it's my bike.....there is noise when the engine is hot ....doesn't matter if the clutch is on or off......I've tried different oils but it's the same.....the click noise appear when you push the rear suspension....and it's from the engine....
