What bike is this, please?

I saw this at Dieppe harbour and really liked it, esp the bars which give it a kind of 50s feel (for me, anyway).

Unless it's a Sportster, I really struggle to identify the Harley models - please can anyone tell me what it actually is?

Looks like a fairly run of the mill Harley Glide from the 90's. What you have to factor in are the myriad of non stock items available for each and every HD. Put it like this, you are unlikely to find a Harley more than three years old that hasn't been modified in some way.
