Quest 1 not well!!

Hi I have a quest 1, and have been having some difficulty loadin maps. when I finally succeeded the effin thing now won't power up. It's stone dead.
What might be wrong ? I've tried resetting it but without success.

Hi

It won't power up on internal battery. Before it died, the fully charged indicator was flashing on the screen.

I dont think so. I had it connected to computer but wouldn't power up either. I've looked at the instructions and tried the locked up option of pushing power button and zoom in button at the same time - no joy!

Well you've got me

didn't think the Quest could be charged through the USB connection.

Best send the GPS back to Garmin and give them £110, approx.

Have you tried a Master reset. This will restore the quest to factory settings and wipe all your data.

Press OK, Page and power buttons at same time.
