Don't beat me up cos its an oil question

I want to pop out and get some oil this afternoon but I haven't got my handbook with me at work and I haven't bought any oil for my new acquisition before.

Done a search on here and come up with zilch.

So, what does she like ?

It's a wet clutch so you MUST use a bike-specific oil.

But because the bike is water-cooled, there is less benefit to be gained out of using a fully-synthetic oil, but that's what I use. If you're feeling poor, Halfords bike oil or any 10w-40 should be OK.

I have used Castrol semi synthetic bike oil from Halfords for all my Jap bikes. Decent quality, reasonable price, good availability.
